Please note that comfort level of heels is subjective to personal preference.
Should you have broad feet and prefer a more comfortable space at width/have low threshold for pain, you may take one size up from the advised sizing but note that the length might be loose.
Should advised size not fit well, exchanges can be done provided:

2) Only size exchanges are allowed. No refunds will be done should we run out of stock for the size you need, nor will an exchange of design be possible in this scenario.
3) Exchanges are done via meet-ups only.
